The Philadelphia Neighborhood Development Collaborative (PNDC) led the Affordable Infill Housing Design Challenge. PNDC contracted with the Community Design Collaborative to provide design assistance for the study.

PNDC has since evolved into Neighborhoods Now, a new nonprofit organization committed to contributing to the vitality of Philadelphia and the surrounding region by developing collaborations with private and public organizations and securing the resources needed to create programs and influence policies that can strengthen neighborhoods where people live and work.
